I’m going to make a version of this! I have hyssop in my garden because it sounded so medieval!! Haha. I don’t have the wormwood. What does that do?

Wormwood will give some bitterness but not it's not totally necessary! I could also just send you some in an envelope if you want -- I have a bulk bag lol

I love some! I’ll send you some hyssop. I went to the Maine Grain Alliance fair a few times and learned how to make wild fermented sourdough starter. It so fun to gather the stuff (rose hips, fallen apples, etc) and see your potion come alive.

I haven’t done it in awhile. The woman who taught the class was also Sarah. Let me look her up. She’s famous in the sourdough world
