Welcome to the table!

Hello, my name is Sarah O’Kelley, and I invite you to join me on a delicious journey exploring wine, food, and life.

For me, it all started with a journalism/French degree and a desire to write about food…from there I found myself working in Emeril’s culinary department at his New Orleans headquarters, founding my own restaurant in Charleston, SC (The Glass Onion), achieving my Certified Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, opening a widely acclaimed wine shop and bar (The Exchange at Edmund’s Oast), and along the way continuing to write, write, write! 

I am excited to truly get back to my writing roots via my Grape to Table newsletter. You can expect to find everything from deep, nerdy dives into wine regions to well tested recipes and pairing ideas to travel tips to some of my favorite cities! 

For now there is simply a free version of the newsletter, but as I develop content there will eventually be a paid version that gives you full access to archives, more recipes, and fun added bonuses.
